Non-Returnable Products

All delicate and breakable items—specifically products made of Glass, Polyresin, and Ceramic—are strictly final sale and non-returnable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind requests for these materials once delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take extensive measures to pack delicate items securely, transit damage can occasionally occur. We will replace or refund a damaged item only under the following conditions:

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To qualify for a return or replacement on a damaged item, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video.

Video Guidelines:

1. The video must clearly show the unopened package with the shipping label and tracking number visible before opening.
2. The entire unboxing process must be captured in a single, uninterrupted shot (no cuts or edits).
3. The video must clearly show the damage to the item as it is removed from the packaging.

Important Note: Requests submitted without a complete, unedited unboxing video will be automatically declined. No exceptions will be made.

48-Hour Notification Window

Damage reports must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (as determined by the carrier's delivery timestamp).

• How to File a Claim: Place a request on our order section or get in touch with our customer support team at within 48 hours of delivery.
• Required Information: Include your Order Number, a brief description of the damage, and attach the unboxing video.
• Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Approved Returns & Refunds

• Once your claim and unboxing video are reviewed and approved by our quality control team, we will issue a replacement or a store credit/refund to your original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
