Damaged or Defective Items

While we take extensive measures to pack delicate items securely, transit damage can occasionally occur. We will replace or refund a damaged item only under the following conditions:

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To qualify for a return or replacement on a damaged item, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video.

Video Guidelines:

1. The video must clearly show the unopened package with the shipping label and tracking number visible before opening.
2. The entire unboxing process must be captured in a single, uninterrupted shot (no cuts or edits).
3. The video must clearly show the damage to the item as it is removed from the packaging.

Important Note: Requests submitted without a complete, unedited unboxing video will be automatically declined. No exceptions will be made.

48-Hour Notification Window

Damage reports must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (as determined by the carrier's delivery timestamp).

• Required Information: Include your Order Number, a brief description of the damage, and attach the unboxing video.
• Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Approved Returns & Refunds

• Once your claim and unboxing video are reviewed and approved by our quality control team, we will issue a replacement or a store credit/refund to your original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
